Hong Kong harbour water clarity: now 4-6 metres visibility. In 1990 it was less than 1 metre. 30 years of improved sewage treatment and industrial regulation. Environmental recovery at this scale is absolutely possible with sustained policy and actual enforcement. #HongKongHarbour #WaterQuality
