Ocean plastic audit on a 2km stretch of Kerala coastline: 340kg collected in six hours. 67% single-use packaging, 18% fishing gear, 15% miscellaneous. The packaging was 80% traceable to five FMCG companies. This is a producer responsibility problem with known actors.
